On 24 May, 2026 the Transvaal Horse Artillery exhibit in the new Regiments Room in the Ditsong National Museum of Military History, was unveiled.
This exhibit, which covers the period from the formation of the Regiment in 1904 to the transformation to Sandfontein Artillery Regiment, was put together by Major Albert Pestana.
The Regiments Room contains exhibits by 12 units/associations, including 7 Medium Regiment, and is worth a visit.
