The Annual General Meeting of the Vereeniging Branch was held on 25 March 2017. The existing committee was re-elected. Branch Chairman, Gunner Wassermeir, used the occasion to ask National Chairman, Gnr Hoole, to present certificates to members reaching the age of 80. Gnr Poorter was recognized upon reaching the age of 90.
